Terms of Service
These terms govern purchases from Milkfarm at 2106 Colorado Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90041. Placing an order means you accept them. They do not affect any right the law gives you that cannot be waived by agreement.
Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we email you to confirm dispatch, not when the site shows an order confirmation. Until then we may decline the order and refund it in full.
Prices and errors
Prices are in United States dollars and are correct at the time of listing. If a price is obviously wrong — a decimal in the wrong place, for instance — we contact you before shipping and either honour the correct price or cancel and refund. We never charge more than the amount you approved without asking first.
Using this site
The photographs, descriptions and layout of this site belong to Milkfarm or to the manufacturers whose products we sell. You are welcome to link to any page. Copying the catalogue wholesale, scraping it automatically, or reusing the images commercially is not permitted.
Delivery, returns and cancellation
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, returns by our Returns and Refunds page, and cancellation by our Cancellation Policy. Those pages form part of these terms.
Stock and availability
Stock figures on this site reflect what is physically here, but two people can reach the last unit within the same minute. When that happens we contact you, refund in full, and do not substitute a different product without asking.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and of the United States. Disputes go to the courts of California. If any clause here turns out to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
