Which knife do I actually need first?
One open-work blade for soft cheese and one short hard-cheese plane cover almost everything. A spreader is the third piece worth owning. Sets on this site list which of the three they include.
What does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Standard shipping is a flat $6.95 to any United States address, and it costs nothing once the basket reaches $58. We pack in Los Angeles within 1 business day and the carrier takes 3–6 business days.
Can I send a knife set back?
You have 30 days from delivery. Email service@milkfarmshop.shop for a return authorisation, send the item back unused in its packaging, and the refund reaches your original payment method within 3–5 business days of it arriving.
How do I pay?
This store accepts Cash on Delivery. Those are the only methods shown at checkout and the only ones we are able to process.
Are these pieces dishwasher safe?
Only where the maker says so on the listing. Acacia and bamboo boards should be washed by hand and dried standing up; leaving them flat in water is what splits a board.
