Track Your Order

Every order gets a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. Paste it into the carrier’s own tracking page for the most current scan.

Finding your number

The tracking number is in the dispatch email, and it is also on the order in your account area if you created one at checkout. Orders normally leave us within 1 business day, so a number that has not appeared after that is worth asking about.

How long delivery takes

Once the parcel is with USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground, allow 3–6 business days. Both figures are business days and exclude weekends and public holidays.

If something looks wrong

If tracking has not updated for five business days, or the carrier says delivered and nothing arrived, email service@milkfarmshop.shop with your order number. We open the carrier claim ourselves; you do not need to.
