Privacy Policy
This notice explains what Milkfarm collects when you use this site, why we hold it, and how to have it removed. It covers the website only; if you visit the shop in person we do not create a record of that visit.
1What we collect
To fulfil an order we need a name, a delivery address, an email address and a telephone number for the carrier. If you create an account we also store a password, held only as a hash that cannot be reversed.
2Payment information
We never see or store a card number. Payment data is captured by the payment provider under its own security obligations and does not pass through our database. Where an order is paid in cash on delivery, no payment data exists on our side at all.
3Who else sees your data
Data goes to two kinds of third party and no others: the carrier, which needs the delivery address, and the payment provider, which needs to take the payment. We do not sell, rent or trade customer data, and we do not run advertising pixels that identify individuals.
5How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires and then deleted. Marketing contacts are removed the moment you unsubscribe. Nothing is retained “just in case”, and we run no profiling or automated decision-making on customer data.
6Your rights and how to use them
Write to service@milkfarmshop.shop to see a copy of what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We reply within one business day and complete deletion requests within thirty days, keeping only what tax law obliges us to retain about completed sales.
